The diversity in the tech would is becoming so wide spread its unbeliveable. As you can see there is no standard to where tech comes from and whos a part of it...
This is a great example to show you the diversity. Many people think this area of the world is filled with white males, but they are very wrong. The diversity is growing very strongly and changing everday.
I would only see this as a negative because of all the jobs that can be relocated to other countries because the field is becoming so diverse. Another problem could arise with the clashing of too many ideas. At first you may this how can this be a problem, but if a group gets too hung up on decision making you make fall behind schedule of deadline.
